We expect the Supremes to be among the very best in judging the situation. The fact that they don't see the glaring need for more disclosure and stronger ethics makes me think they aren't qualified to be judges, let alone one of the Supremes.

If they do settle, I hope Dominion negotiates equal time spreading of election truths by each of the Fox hosts/shows that spread the lies to begin with. So if Tucker spent 200 hours spouting election lies, over the rest of this year, he should have to spend 200 hours spouting election truth.
