Ok. Not bad. Could be (will be) better.
Lessons learned:
1. Get a 2nd baking stone or a better oven
2. Check food colour supplies more often
3. Rich breads and rustic breads feel different.
4. Parentheses first!
5. The second margarita tastes better than the first.

It's gorgeous outside.
I took a topless Miata drive down the hill in search of a burger and a beer.
It's a 20 minute drive on the interstate. 45 minutes on old highway 40.

It took me over one year to figure out why the riding mower was not working (the fuel solenoid was not opening).
I fired it up today and mowed the"back 40" and the "dog yard."
We need to use the string trimmer (aka weed whacker) to clean the edges. But were almost ready for fire season.

On this #InternationalWomensDay I'm reminded of mi mamá who left us way too early in 1987. She was only 56.
I'm also thinking of my wife, who raised 3 absolutely terrific people.
Lastly, I'm thinking of my daughters and granddaughter. I hope their lives are easier. We still have work to do.
