I 100% own my crazy. With my anxiety I choose rental companies not by price, but by the likelihood of them having a car I can drive comfortably. Am I going to the airport for a rental to ensure I get something i want? Yes I am. Did I call every company to ask what's typical in their fleet? Also yes.

There's a storm coming so I Rain Xed the loaner from the dealership.
And if I hadn't been crazy about having a storm ready windshield I might have gotten dinged for a windshield divot/crack. I called immediately to let them know. I'll also now be checking windshields very closely on rentals.

I thought I hated my health insurance, but it was the health system the whole time. The insurance kept saying $300 copay and billing would say $1500. Come to find out they sent me to their own outpatient facility instead of Quest. And when I looked it up on insurance app it said in-network. Crooked!

DO NOT use insurance dot com. I am trying to get quotes for our family cars and I was tired of talking on the phone so I thought I'd try an aggregate source. Bad idea! I hadn't even finished yet and I got 6 calls in 90 seconds. I answered one and the person was aggressive. And the calls kept coming.

One of the reasons I hate the new tipping culture (tipping online before you've received your food) is that there is no recourse for absolutely terrible service. They don't care because you've already left a tip. They don't understand that tips are for a job well done, not for simply showing up.
