Hopefully this works! (I'm still rusty on how to use this platform)

For example, a vendor I've been buying the same product from for the past 5 years switched to DHL since my previous order. The newest order was 1/3rd the purchase price in duties/taxes/fees. I paid no taxes/fees/duty on the same order in previous years with a different shipping company.

From a Canadian perspective: they are inefficient and the fees they charge to customers are higher than other comparable delivery services.

Absolutely. Especially since I can track packages shipped by USPS with Canada Post once they clear customs and cross the border, and the taxes/dutie/fees are much more reasonable (more often than not non-existent).

Oh that sucks! The only way I would consider completing a product shipped by DHL is if all taxes/duties are included in the purchase price and even then it's a hard sell.

Oooo. I'm actively searching for more Canadians to add.

Hope you're surviving the polar vortex. It's freezing out here in the prairies.
