Watching Ex Machina in IMAX tonight. Not a perfect movie but a fun exploration of the line between robot and human. Hell, it’s just fun that a ten year old movie is back in a theater!

I recently came across a Japanese show called "Document 72 Hours" that has a camera crew spend 72 hours exploring a particular space. The ep featured an unusual tunnel under train tracks in a Japanese town and ends up being an absolutely lovely story of humanity.

Just rewatched AQUAMAN (2018) in prep for AQUAMAN AND THE LOST KINGDOM Thurs nite. I had forgotten how much better and worse the first movie was. I think I totally lost interest once Arthur gets the trident because from then on out it’s pretty damn predictable. Low expectations for the sequel.

I’m seeing *Wish* by myself because my wife all but refused to see it. I think it looks beautiful but the trailer made the movie look, to me, kinda dumb. It’s bombing financially but as an animation fan I want support animation unless I think it’ll literally make me nauseous like a *Trolls* movie.

Wheee! Finally feeling somewhat close to 100ish% after 11 days of covid symptoms. Thankfully, they started to taper 3 days ago. This was much worse than the last time I had covid. Then it was a runny nose, this time I was a mucus making machine for 3 days straight! So glad that is OVER.🙏🏻🕊️🤙🏻

Woohoo! Tonight’s Entertainment is an Early Access screening of The Creator, from the director of Rogue One! Seeing it @ the Lincoln Square AMC IMAX. This is the best IMAX in NYC, FYI. I’ve heard this movie described as “high science fiction.” 20m to showtime & the crowd is small but free poster!
