Go here to change your timezone: https://spoutible.com/sett...

Hey @cbouzy quick question, why is the time in the app ahead of my timezone? Do you use one particular timezone to base it all off of? Cause rn the app says its 8:03 am for me when it's actually 5:03 😅 I'm not tryna complain, I'm just curious ☺

Actually @cbouzy the problem is not which timezone is set up in the settings. For some reason Spoutible is set up such that each spout in a user's timeline is time tagged not based on the timezone of that user, but rather based on the timezone of the person who spouted each individual spout.

That is one of the reasons that I mentioned in an earlier Spout that I wish Spoutible would do what Twitter does and post how long ago something was posted. I don't know the time zone of the spouter, so I don't know how current the post is.

Exactly. I'm in the central time zone and I know @cbouzy is in the eastern time zone (i.e. 1 hour forward) and that still confuses me. But, hey, I guess he has a bit more pressing issue to deal with right now ☺️
