Twitter just suspended the Spoutible account. We literally never used the account. First, the hoax earlier, and now this.

I just heard about it this morning, I'm never on that side of Twitter or anything to where I hear about this stuff, but quite a few on here had seen it. Apparently the person responsible for that is an exec of a competitor so this just makes it even more pathetic.

I now did a Google search on "spoutible breach". Results included a Twitter thread, Reddit post, YT video. All covering alleged incident in Feb '23 which was at the time of the First Wave launch (which I was in). Nothing further about that. No press coverage. Oh, but there's a June Wired.com 1/2

I do remember that original thing on a supposed breach, that was when the anti-Meghan people tried to say the site wasn't secured. I figured that'd be the end of it. I do remember that whole other incident, watched it happen in real time.
