I haven't eaten meat or poultry for >15 years largely due to the environment and cruelty to the animals. I'm not sure if I'd try this simply because I don't miss eating meat.

I wouldn't eat it myself because I haven't eaten meat of any kind in almost 35 years and just don't miss it, but I would love to be able to buy cruelty-free meat for my pets.

Yes, being a fan of Sustainability, absolutely. We eat fermented items every day. Beer, Bread, Kimchi, Nutritional Yeast, Astaxanthin (in a lot of foods), yogurt. And dairy/meat industry is responsible for most of the water shortages in the Western US.

Absolutely, when and if they work out the cost and environmental impact issues. I would pay more than for killed meat, but I can't afford to pay more by a lot.

I eat less meat every year, and I would love the meat I do consume to be cruelty-free.

Yes. It’s cruelty-free and environmentally advantageous.
