All of this. Beer, Soda, etc are fun to drink occasionally- & your body can deal with that OCCASIONALLY.

But we're built to need and drink water. And that should always be most of what you're drinking. Treat the sugary/alcoholic drinks like a good slice of pie- as a special treat, not a staple.

What you put in your mouth can either help you cure diseases or make them worse.

DRINK WATER.

Avoid drinking anything that does kpiiiissssss when you open the bottle.

After recovering from a serious illness in March 2019 that I now believe was Covid, I found that I had no more desire for sugary or sweetened drinks. Only water. That has held up for four years now.

So yes. Drink more water. You'll feel better.
