To manage stress, you can do the following:

-Eat healthy food
-Sleep adequately
-Exercise often; this is a must. Don't say you don't have time
-Reduce caffeine & alcohol
-Make time to relax. Connect with family & friends.

-Can cause poor sleep.
-Affects your sexual drive.

-May lead to depression.
