sobbing together. I think a lot of that influence came from my stepdad. He married my mom and dealt with three severely abused stepkids. Then one was murdered. He isn't afraid of crying or being vulnerable, and he passed that on to a lot of my friends' sons, who maybe didn't have such a figure
