Room to improve on this one. Taste was fantastic, but it needed a sauce and the shape of the cous cous looks like a rice cake…not a good look 😳. I’m thinking a burre blanc.

Pear puree couscous with gorgonzola and pecans, seared scallops, garlic wilted spinach and flaky sea salt.  😎🤟
