If you're planning to get pregnant:

-Eat healthy foods
-Maintain a healthy weight
-Don't smoke
-Say no alcohol
-Take folic acid daily
-Check your drugs with your doctor; some might be harmful
 -Light exercise - If you are healthy and your pregnancy is normal
