New York (CNN) — Federal regulators accused Bank of America on Tuesday of harming customers by double-dipping on fees, withholding credit card rewards and opening fake accounts.

When I moved away from my home state in 1982, I got an acct. at BofA. As a struggling single mom I cancelled that acct. because of junk fees that were really harmful. I went to a credit union, which I love. BofA has been doing this for years. Why it took so long to be accused seems criminal.
