Today's #Vegan lunch. TLT on sourdough with vegan mayo.

I slice up the tempeh then lay in single layer in a fry pan. Add water to cover, then boil it until water is gone. This tempers the bitterness. Then I added Bachan's hot and spicy BBQ sauce. It was AMAZING!
