I'm reluctant to criticize Merrick Garland, but to be fair, he deserves some criticism here. Trump should've been indicted over a year ago and his stalling tactic would've run its course and he would now be on trial.

We have to remember there is a huge difference between enough evidence to indict someone and sufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt for all co-conspirators. The only fast way to end Donnie's political career was in the hands of the GOP, and they failed.

Merrick Garland is notorious for being methodical, and bringing solid cases.

Not positive but I believe he has never failed in gaining a conviction?

Do you not realize how slow and methodical the criminal justice system is? As a person who used to work in the criminal justice field I can tell you a case of this magnitude realistically takes a MINIMUM of 2 years from time of investigation, arrest, to trial. Many times longer than that.
