Just saw a report by Chris Hayes that the ocean temperature off the coast of Florida today reached to 98.1°F. Just for reference, a comfortable temperature for swimming is between 70° and 78°F. To say this is alarming is an understatement. #TheClimateCrisisIsReal

This is very alarming. When will people realize climate change is real?

Some people refuse to acknowledge what’s right in front of them. My sister is one of them. She took Donald Trump’s advice and she doesn’t believe what she sees and what she hears. He told her not to, so she doesn’t. Sadly, there are tens of millions of people just like her.

That is frightening. We are going to see terrible die offs of corals and other sea life because of this….
not to mention how these hot waters will fuel hurricanes this year!

And this is why we are moving out of AZ. Everywhere is impacted by climate change but places like Phoenix are higher risk

Wow! As a Florida native transplant, that's way too hot for coastal waters! Perfect temperature for Floridians to swim in it is around 80.

Infuriates me that Al Gore was talking about this in Congress, and he was either ignored or ridiculed for it.

😣awful - sealife cannot tolerate such temps. The impacts of climate change are escalating at a rapid pace.
