Myrtle came from my daughter's coworker who needed to find her a home in November 2022.

1st pic is her conditions with her former owner. Covered in algae in 10gl of water.

2rd pic is her current conditions with me. In a 75gl tank with a basking light and loft.

I wasn't familiar with the red eared slider turtle, so I read a bit about her. It's astonishing that they can grow to be twenty-years old and up to a foot long! How old is Myrtle?
