It is ok to feel sad and even to cry. Also, it’s okay to feel angry. We are humans, we have emotions.

Of course, it’s never a good idea to wallow around in negative feelings, but do allow yourself to feel angry and sad, maybe have a good cry, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and the move on.
