She (like RBG) should have had the grace and the good sense to retire rather than selfishly hanging on way too long. RBG's poor decision handed the Supreme Court to Trump and his minions and DiFi has made it more difficult to get new judges plus her mental capacity has greatly diminished in the last

I’m glad DiFi is leaving in her own terms, like men get to.

She delivered decades of service to the state and nation and her unwavering support for the lgbtqi community in San Francisco helped at a critical time.

The battle to replace her will be.. a lot.

Here’s to the next Ca Dem Senat

Are you sure about that supposition? You're blaming RBG for the negligence, dishonesty, and hypocrisy of Mitch McConnell.

As RBG's health was clearly failing, she should have resigned while Obama was President and Dems held the Senate. Not excusing McConnell and GOP at all.

Are you sure about your premise given the GOPs clearly stated position they would not allow a replacement for her seat on this committee?
Dianne Feinstein, is not the hindrance.

That's true, but DiFi should never have run for re-election at her age and in her condition. That's what put the Dems in that position.
