Sleep properly every night if you can. 6-8 hours…Not sleeping well can increase the risk of you not being able to reason properly or remember things when you're older.

Sleep helps flush your brain of some harmful chemicals that can lead to this.

No matter how much I try I can’t sleep longer than five hours - but I need way more. I end up napping through the day and feeling constantly tired :((
