I've seen a lot of buzz about this imprint that both describes itself as romance and doesn't guarantee an HEA. Opinions vary widely as HEA is sacred to Romance genre. But this also comes at a time when Romance genre seems to be blending more with women's fiction and themes are getting heavier. 1/

I feel like any romance without an HEA needs to come with a warning. I'm not sure I'd be interested in reading it.

Definitely agree - this ended up being a thread and I mentioned that later. I think it's ok as long as there is transparency for each book.

What's most important in this situation is transparency. I think readers have the right to know what they are getting themselves into when they start a book. Bramble needs to clearly label which books end which way, or romance readers who just want a happy break will be (rightfully) upset. 3/
