I may have got the better of my insomnia for a few weeks in a row.

I’ve been getting to bed by about 10:00-10:30pm and sleeping through to about 8:00-8:30am.

Much better than tossing and turning until 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning, still waking up at 8:00.

I feel so much better!

Sadly nothing magical.

The biggest thing is I’ve been exercising a lot more than I did previously.

Another thing is that I’ve been trying to stop my time looking at a screen for about half an hour or an hour before bed, which I don’t always succeed with.

It’s just started paying off.
