What I’m seeing is #alabama is an apartheid state, still in 2023. It’s an open air prison for Black people. & if that’s the case, why are Blue states financing this travesty?

I was just reading (somewhere/don't remember) that a predominately black district in Alabama with approx 275 residents just got their first black mayor and he is being harassed.

They outright refused to recognize him as mayor, effectively the unelected white mayor and town council pulled off a coup, and shut him out.
