Hey… #InsomniacsClub … what’s your tips for heading back to sleep? I did just pop some melatonin and magnesium at 2:30am.

I don’t know that I recommend it for everyone, but having a kid definitely put a change in my insomnia. I had to learn to sleep on dime, while simultaneously being hyper attuned to specific noises.

Now that I type it, it doesn’t sound that healthy…
