Composed by Tokuyama Machi 徳山町 (1727/1728–1784), better known as Ike no Gyokuran 池玉瀾

いけ水のきよくすむまではちす葉の露ぞこぼるるゆふべすずしも
Ikemizu no kiyoku sumu made hachisu ba no tsuyu zo koboruru yūbe suzushi mo

Water in the pond –
so crystal clear;
as lotus leaves
overflow with dew –
the evening feels so cool…

Translation is my own. As far as I’m aware, no other English translation of this poem or most other poems from Gyokuran’s posthumous poetry collection Hakufuyō 白芙蓉 (also read as Shirofuyō; White Hibiscus) have been published so far.
