Honey and pepper and roses en déshabillé

I've never quite gotten the point of how quote spouting is bad. Just assuming one too many people got snitchtagged etc. "somewhere else" and are traumatized.
Halo-Halo w/ All the Sighs @halohalomls
Bouzy has spoken. The folks who need to see this quote spout won't, but I'm gonna say it anyway. **Stop it with that shite!**

When I disagree with someone, it feels more respectful and polite to simply reply. It's so much easier for followers to follow a long back and forth if you're simply replying. Quote spouting feels like a disagreement plus a call to your followers to pile on.

However, when I agree and think others should see a good spout, then quote spouting is the right thing to do.

I *think* for the most part, if I disagree, I do actually engage, but I've seen quotes calling people out and pretty much always agree with the calling out. (Excepting the daffy tongue-in-cheek food wars, which I mostly just enjoy vicariously, heh.)
