I think you’re being too literal but I’m not sure your intent. Surveillance of the storage room, which is the focus of the indictments, is the only area of concern. This is about the documents, not who walks the property.

Ok, as I understand it, there was not surveillance of the store room, just the hallway outside. So, the movements of the boxes can be tracked, who moved them & when, relative to the searches that were carried out for subpoenas that were issued. Unsecured, yes anyone could have read them.
