Chairman of the Florida Republican Party in 2021 told The Washington Post, "I have been trying for a dozen years to get 20- and 30-year old females involved with the Republican Party. But now Moms for Liberty has done it for me."

Scary stuff, kids.

Maybe they found USC 26 501 too long? In violation of their “sincerely held religious convictions?” Like all the books they ban but can’t be bothered to read. I’d love to see them show up in court as tax protesters. That never goes well.

Sadly it's in their interest to break the rules because when they are ultimately exposed and investigated, they shift gears to being "persecuted" which fits into the trumper world view. All right wing groups are probably encouraged to break the rules and take whatever liberties that suit their needs

If these people are so interested in politics, government, and public policy, let them pay the price of admission like everybody else.
