This is important in more than one way.

First, they voted for Brexit & thought nothing would change? Damn right you need a visa now, Greg. You're not part of the EU.

Second, the word 'expat' - it's the white supremacist word for 'white immigrant'. That word needs to go the way of the dodo!

Pretty arrogant to vote against the EU and then demand to live in the EU.

BTW, dear British people, there is no such thing as "expat" - even if you want to think yourselves above the rest of the immigrants - you are still immigrants, just like them.

Hi Andrea, the use of expat is more far reaching than that. That ingrained belief of superiority is the legacy of the British Empire. I'm Greek Cypriot, white etc. Britain colonised Cyprus. Once, a Brit tourist said to me "if it weren't for us, You People wouldn't have food on your table"

Too true - it does link directly to the British Empire and the erroneous belief that Brit is best. Still needs to go the way of the dodo!
