Crispy gnocchi “panzanella” made before the dog walk so the gnocchi would have time to soak up the tomato onion vinegar juice. Then boiled the corn I got from a coworker that lives on a farm when we got back. So delicious. cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/102326…
