Let's Talk About - How much Tuna you can eat weekly. I tend to eat fish a few times a week. I'm a proponent of the Mediterranean diet. Some of us eat it everyday, which apparently isn't good for us. Tho, moderation is the key for most things.

I’ve studied common chemical exposures & human health. (“environmental health”).

Suggestions:
1. You can’t be perfect. Make an effort but also let go.
2. The science is really hard. People are exposed to so many different chemicals. Some are probably OK. Others not. They can interact.

3. Eating “organic” foods when you can should be better.
4. True “free range” meat may indicate they were fed less rendered animal byproducts, hence lower on the food chain — and more humane.
5. Veggie/vegan is likely very good. I often (not always) do — or fish. See research on SD Adventists.

6. I eat meat at family occasions back in the midwest where that’s just how they eat. Can’t be perfect. That’s ok.

There are trade offs. Clean food costs more. Plus there can be competing health issues to factor in.

So be aware, but “Zen” too.

p.s. I love Mediterranean and good olive oil.
