Just to be clear: I’m pretty sure that posting links to romance novels that contain sex scenes violates this policy.

How so? His TOS is specific enough. Don't post porn, or links to porn or specific porn language. There are romance authors on this site promoting their books, which may or may not contain sexually explicit language. They're not banned. If you don't like the TOS, leave the site.

If you’re going to argue that it’s specific enough, please use the actual language that’s in the policy. What the hell does “sexually suggestive” mean?

And yes, that’s the point—figuring out what the hell the policy means so I can leave if necessary.

Saying you write erotic novels is not sexually suggestive. Screenshot ING portions of the novel as an explicit example would be. Sex workers talking generally about their problems are also not sexually suggestive. Linking to their site is prohibited.

So let’s imagine that someone screenshots an explicit description of a sex act.

In your view, is this always prohibited?

If ur talking about court transcribed testimony. Just post a link, if it's newsworthy. If it's done just for erotic purposes, then shame on the poster.

I’m not sure I understand you answer.

Is it your position that you prefer that we can only post links to a 500 page deposition, and not screenshots of the two pages at issue, in the case of a testimony under perjury saying that the President of the United States committed sexual assault?

In my opinion yes. Bec it's intended to arouse an individuals sexual response. An individual reader chooses the book he/she wishes to read. Posting excerpts here with the intent to arouse IMHO violates the TOS. linking to your website where you describe your books would not be a violation.

Right, set aside the assumptions and look at the question I asked, and you’ll understand why the policy is badly written.

You’re saying I can’t screenshot portions of E. Jean Carroll’s deposition where she describes being sexually assaulted in detail by Donald Trump.
