In 2021, Judge Tanya Chutkan ruled that the House January 6 Select Committee could access Trump’s White House files. She wrote, “Presidents are not kings, and Plaintiff is not President.” Now, Chutkan will preside over the new criminal case against Trump.

Is that why his lawyers won't to move courts from Dc to West Virginia? Or are they trying to stall?

DISCLAIMER: I’m not a lawyer, but I pretend I am when I spout on social media. I think that he & his team believe he will get a more sympathetic judge & jury anywhere outside of D.C. including a better chance of getting his trial deleted until after he is reelected in 2024 so he can pardon himself.

I guess he's not to keen on the judge that's been assigned to his case because she sent j6 insurrection folk to jail, well 8 hope the case isn't moved, im a novice in all of this, I'm picking things up as i go...sorry, but to me trying to move it seems frivolous and yes another attempt after 2024
