The ability to mute phrases is also good for safety & sanity. It's incredibly disappointing people ended up beached via reports for support, not specific content that broke rules (from what I could see - missed a lot of the comments). And they never received specific details about the violations.

A variation of "Mute" I'd like to see is they're put into "read only" mode. They can't reply drumming up drama on your posts. I've had that happen on the other site. The resolution then is blocking, but that prevents learning as they no longer see stuff. I don't like learning loss.
