No, but @courtneymilan is more than welcome to start a social media platform and write the terms of service and policies however she likes. But the policy isn't changing, nor is it being rewritten. Spoutible will not please everyone, but thankfully there are other options for those who aren't happy.

Nope, not rude.
Maybe you are reading rudeness into it.
Maybe you are projecting your own character onto someone else?

You need to find a new platform if this one doesn't suit your needs. Changing a policy after 20days to suit you is ludicrous Did you just come here to cause trouble in a safe friendly community. Go to twitter if you want anger, hate and disruption

You do know there are porn platforms, give them a try and stop the discord.

Why you so desperate to have porn and sexually explicit content on this platform. Go to OnlyFans or Twitter for that.

Do you know what projection is? Because "pointlessly rude and dismissive" absolutely reeks of it. Look in a mirror.

A firm boundary is a firm boundary. It is not pointless, nor is it rude.

Mr. Bouzy and the Spoutible Team sent out several questionnaires to the early bird pre-registered people before launching the site. One of the questionnaires specifically addressed "adult" entertainment. I remember that I voted "no". Mr. Bouzy later stated that the conclusion of that vote was no.

I voted no too. As if the internet has a dearth of places for sexually explicit content 🙄

His house, his rules. Those that don’t like it are free to leave. There was a vote held by all who pre registered. We voted “no”. The policy was put in place prior to opening the site up for everyone. Everyone had a chance to decide whether or not join Spoutible based on policies set in place.

I remember before the Spoutible launch, @cbouzy was sending emails & holding online forums to gather research on what features, rules, etc., were preferred on this platform...a rather democratic approach, imo.

Far from dismissive!
