I am a Black woman who owns a small business receiving special grant support beamcause of my demographic status and this country's history of not giving entrepreneurs like me a chance to succeed.

As Trump said in his infamous message,

This is the vc fund being sued by white supremacist, Ed Blum. It's called the Fearless Fund. An interesting name coincidence.

Lastly, I think the Black VC community should find a candidate small business owner to file a lawsuit against Ed Blum for unfair business practices and show a court where hundreds of White male-led VC funds intentionally have a history of never funding Black applicants. Sue Ed Blum for helping.

Second, I think all the Black- focused VC funds need to join together immediately and start a legal defense fund to counter the lawsuits collectively. White VCs who consider themselves allies would also be welcomed to help fight Ed Blum and the racists coming after the Black-centric funds.

To never ever be forced to provide services to LGBTQ+:Americans can be used by the VC fund to say that the fund has the right to never ever provide grants to anyone that the private fund doesn't want to service. This would make Ed Blum and White racists see that the SCOTUS decision was a bad one.

Carla, I took time to think about your question. I think in the case of the VC lawsuit, Black Americans should tell the Ed Blum to suck it if the funds are using private investor $$$ for the grants (which they are). The recent SCOTUS decision allowing the website lady...
