Buyers to our house that tied it up for 2 weeks, fell through on financing, so now back on the market and just not getting the traction it had before. There should be recourse, but of course there is not. I just want this process to be over.

Apparently not. It is usual to have a 'finance contingency' in the contract. The offer is only good if they can get financing. If a lender pre-approved them, I'd like to know how that changed. 😠 I'm finding out that the real estate market is not really very protected with ethics.
