This is completely true. I can sleep during the day no problem. Anytime. But at night? Ugh. It's a constant struggle...

Same here. A few years ago I heard about 5-HTP, read up on it, and started taking it. I sleep better than I ever have. I also have a lot fewer moods where feel like I could chew glasses and spit it in your face for looking at me funny. Not trying to sell you, just saying...

Also, I can usually tell a few hours before bedtime if I'm going to have a problem sleeping. I take 2.5 mg of melatonin. It doesn't make me drowsy, but really helps me sleep well. Again, just sharing what works for me. 🙂💙
