For me, term limits would be better than age limits. A term limit of 12 years for elected, and appointed positions in public institutions.

If we could have un-gerrymandered elections, and people return the same rep several times, I'm behind their right to chosen representation.

Let's put term limits on SCOTUS, where they belong!

That will require an amendment to the Constitution. I don't see any viable path for such a thing, for virtually *anything*, any time soon.

You know what would only require an act of Congress, though? Bumping up the number of Justices from 9 to like, 28 and have them function more like the circuits.
