I can vouch for this. I work with a number of brilliant people in their 70s. Several are writing books and/or teaching college courses. Several also have patents pending. All are well respected and sought after by people half their ages. Stop with the age biases.

No, most people do not start losing cognitive abilities when they reach 70. Where are you getting this? There are MANY 70 + year olds who are as bright and alert as they were at 20. I know plenty, and would wager that most would debate you into the ground on this.
