We have already thought of this. There would be limits and safeguards. So for example, someone like Elon couldn't buy up all the shares. Moreover, I would still own the majority of the company.

This would be great - IF something was put in place to stop bad actors using this as an opportunity to take control at a later date and be able to unliaterally change the direction of the site.

Excellent that you and Spoutible are protected.

What is the upside or potential liquidity for investors? Are you protected (e.g., like Zuck at Meta) in a way so you can retain control even though a liquidity event such as an IPO or corp sale?
