Courtney Milan has been a clerk for the US Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals and she offered to help rework the TOS for free. This isn't rocket science.

I agree the current court is pretty illegitimate due to Federalist meddling, but it does indicate a knowledge of the law at a minimum, something potentially useful when developing TOS
