If you bike to work you have a 41% lower risk of dying from ALL causes than people who drove or took public transport. I repeat, ALL causes; including a 52% lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease, and a 45% lower risk of developing multiple cancers.

Absolutely. That is why we need connected, protected bike lanes. Everything has their place, but cars have become too large and too dominant to be the sole transportation method. Biking is better for businesses, riders, traffic, communities, and the environment than any car ever will be.

Yes, correlation is not causality. Luckily, there are many studies that have come to the same conclusion over the past 50 years from all across the globe. Many of which were conducted over the course of decades. I'm going to add some of my favorites and they are a great read if you have the time.
