Trump must be jailed pending trial.

He has already demonstrated, again and again, that a 'stern talking-to' is utterly ineffective.

A gag order will be ineffective, bc he will test its limits or outright circumvent it with intentional violations.

House arrest will be ineffective, bc he will still have the ability to post on SM.

If the witness tampering, intimidation, incitement to violence, tainting of the jury pool, and invalidation of our justice system is to stop, he *must* be jailed.

What are the possible downsides of jailing him?

He is *already* whining that his 1A rights are being violated. His supporters in the media and the public are *already* calling the justice system rigged & unfair.
What are they going to do after he's jailed that they aren't already doing now?

Jail him now or jail him later, the right wing will lose their minds. Let them.

They *already* lose their minds on a daily basis, whether it be about the Barbie movie, green M&Ms, or drooling at the thought of seeing more Hunter Biden nudes.

The upsides to jailing him are as follows: The witness intimidation, tampering, incitement, & tainting of the jury pool will all stop. The rights of the American people will be protected. The integrity of the judicial system will be preserved.

Trump must be jailed pending trial.
