Ok. Any thoughts. You are doing all the right things, you've lost a bunch of weight, but there's still a little belly fat, but you wanna wear a crop top, but you're a young person (not a beer belly). How do you make it flat?

Planks are good exercise for the abs, along with leg lifts, both laying down and upright where you legs are suspended and you lift your knees up. I thinks it’s all about diet and exercise to get the abs to show, or having a completely flat stomach. It’s something I’ll never accomplish.

If they’re into it, dancing or Zumba classes are good for toning muscle too.
