There's a movement afoot in Florida.

Floridian churches are uniting and starting a mass movement to teach Black American History in their facilities.

Are you a Floridian who can help teach? Or drive students to classes at participating churches?

I’m in Gainesville and happy to organize some folks out here that would love to teach! I work with a great group of undergrads that could do that. Happy to get involved any way I can!

Faith leaders will teach history? No thank you. What could possibly go wrong?

It doesn’t have to be the faith leader. Could be a teacher who belongs and isn’t allowed to teach at school these days. It could be a retired professor…librarians whose books are banned and belong to a church community. I think we of all ages are hungry for the 1/2 of American history we’ve missed
