I don’t know how long it takes to handle 19 arraignments, but what happens if they all wait until Thursday or Friday to turn themselves in? Could we see some of them forced to spend a night (or weekend) behind bars while they wait their turn?

Yeah, unless they have a judge special assigned to arraign after hours - like a night court thing.

But that's highly unlikely.

I am hearing they will not be arraigned same day?

It isn't going to be "treated like every other defendant", regardless of what they say.

They definitely won’t be treated like the rest of us! I’m not a fan of the bail system, but if R’s like it the way it is then they should have to abide by it…
