This is a huge throwback to anybody who was even remotely interested in computers and tech. I was in middle school in 1998 (and depending on when this episode aired) I would have been in, or was in the summer to going to 9th grade.

Linux was such a revelation when I first installed it on my 486 PC (I think it was kernel 0.94). I had dabbled with Minix, but here was finally a system that transformed my PC into a UNIX powerhouse. Essentially on par with the SUN workstations at the university's computer lab. Never looked back.
