My working four days would in no way impact my productivity. Seriously, it would not.
People waste so much time at work. If you knew that you still had to do the same work but the reward was Friday off, you'd goof off less.

This was the same mindset when we discussed WFH before the pandemic. Having it foisted on us showed the management team that was opposed that it was actually OK and in some cases improved productivity.

This is why I don't understand prioritising the rush back to the office. I wish we could be more flexible.

But certainly the data shows that WFH is not a hindrance to productivity in most cases
